How would I go about ordering a custom product?

What procedure is best to ensure accurate sizing?
The most accurate way to ensure proper fitting of a tutu is to measure your desired sitting location (above the waist, at the waist, etc.) and refer to our convenient sizing chart for order placement.
What is the return policy for our products?
All sales are final at Sassy Ruffles Boutique. Yet, if what you received is not to your specifications due to our error, we will gladly correct your order at no additional charge.

How should I clean my tutu?
To keep your tutu neat and clean, spot clean as needed with water. Do not place tutu in the washer or dryer! Hang your tutu when not in use, and if needed, gently comb through the tutu with your fingers.
